Rayanne Nguyen, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN is a registered dietitian and board certified specialist in sports dietetics with over twelve years of nutrition experience.

Originally from Santa Barbara, California, Rayanne was exposed to a variety of sports at a young age, which led to the opportunity to swim as a Division 1 student-athlete. There she was first exposed to the role nutrition could play in performance and health. 

 

After completing both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Rayanne became a credentialed and licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) and began working in the outpatient, eating disorder, and sports nutrition spaces. 

 

Most recently, she has worked at multiple division 1, power 5 conference universities as a sports performance dietitian counseling elite athletes for performance for their sport and life.

She believes in making nutrition approachable and practical and providing evidence-informed recommendations to her clients of all ages.
